Return/Refund Policy

 

RETURNS FOR EXCHANGE, STORE CREDIT OR FULL REFUND. 

 

If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, we will gladly accept your return back in its original unworn condition within 30 days from the date of delivery.  You will be issued a store credit or full refund (your choice), minus any shipping and handling costs.

 

Time Frame: Items must be received by us no later than 30 days from the date your package was delivered. We suggest using a tracking method, as we are not responsible for lost packages upon return.

 

Not eligible: Any sale, discount, or markdown item. 

 

Requirements: Items MUST be returned in their original condition, free of makeup stains, deodorant, perfumes, animal hair/scent, cigarette smoke, and obvious wear.  Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable and will be deducted from the issued store credit. If the item(s) returned are unable to be resold in their returned condition or are not received within the designated return window, you will only be refunded 25% of the purchase price. 

 

Defective Items: If you believe you received a defective item you must notify us by email within 3 days of the delivery confirmation date, otherwise it is considered wear and tear.

Name, E-Mail, Invoice Number, Item(s) Description, Reason for Return/ Exchange. If you do not include one of these with your return, your refund may be delayed.
